U.S.-Iran Conflict Escalates to Infrastructure Strikes for Sixth Consecutive Night

The conflict between the United States and Iran has transitioned into a new, more intensive phase following a sixth night of direct military engagements. U.S. forces have begun targeting Iranian civilian infrastructure, including transport hubs in Tehran, Semnan province, and a maritime safety tower in Chabahar. President Donald Trump has warned that continued defiance from Tehran will lead to strikes against Iran's national power grid. Meanwhile, U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) maintained that the operations are necessary to degrade Iran's ability to threaten global shipping. In retaliation, Iran has launched widespread missile and drone attacks across the region, striking targets in Kuwait, Jordan, Bahrain, and Qatar.
