Trump Criticizes NATO, Warns of Resumed Strikes as Iran Ceasefire Nears Expiration

While Trump expressed hope for a resolution "in the next day or two," he maintained that the blockade would remain in place regardless of the ceasefire's status. In Yemen, violent infighting between Houthi commanders in Hodeidah and the assassination of a tribal leader in al-Bayda have exacerbated local instability. Since the onset of the current conflict, casualty figures have reached staggering levels, with at least 3,000 deaths reported in Iran, 2,300 in Lebanon, and 13 U.S. service members killed during hostilities.
